Self-care courses that help you develop tools and strategies to boost your wellbeing

The wellbeing courses are tailored to the seasons and use yoga philosophy as the framework for self-care. The course shows you how to recognise helpful and unhelpful habit patterns that can impact your wellbeing.

All courses provide an opportunity for personal reflection in a non-confrontational environment in the privacy of your own home.

When you enrol in Sage’s Self-Care Course – you will learn:

  • Simple self-care practices that you can easily integrate into your day
  • Practical breathing practices you can use every day, anywhere – anytime
  • Tools on how to become aware of your less helpful go to habits
  • Practical on-the-spot ways to increase your energy and focus

The course runs over four weeks on zoom. Each class is 60 minutes long.
