The Science of Self Care – workplace wellbeing workshop

This three phased workshop provides an evidence based overview of what self-care is and how it is fundamental for increased wellness and the prevention of burnout.  The sessions will:

  • Explore the 5 main activities of the brain and the impact they have on both own behaviour and our ability to respond to other people actions
  • Provides practical tools to increase energy and improve sleep patterns
  • A 3 month follow up session looks at collaborative leadership and offers 4 key strategies to respond to the effects of behaviours around you at work.

Wellbeing Leadership Coaching

Looking after ourselves first is an integral component of wellbeing leadership. Sage’s leadership coaching offers individualised coaching sessions to help boost personal wellbeing as well as sessions to offer advice on how to manage complex health cases in the workplace.
